§1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Website available at: https://booking.nanoapart.pl/ and is effective from March 1, 2025.
The Administrator of the Website and the controller of personal data is Solarento Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Puławska 2, 02-566 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001135785, REGON: 540044315, NIP: 5214091876 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or "We").
§2. Personal data
In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that we process personal data for the following purposes:
- performance of a contract or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- handling complaints and claims (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR),
- storing documentation and fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR),
- sending the newsletter (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR),
- monitoring and improving the quality of services provided, including sending requests to complete a survey or provide answers regarding the quality of services (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR),
- displaying personalised commercial information on social media platforms (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

Website visitors can complete a form and subscribe to the newsletter, providing an e-mail address and/or telephone number, which constitutes the basis for automatic contact.
Website visitors may also consent to the Administrator conducting advertising campaigns on social media based on their e-mail address.
§3. Data recipients
The Administrator utilizes the services of programming companies and IT system maintenance entities with whom appropriate agreements have been concluded governing data processing and confidentiality. Personal data is not disclosed, and these entities are not authorized to process it in any manner other than specified in the concluded agreements. If these entities obtain access to the data, they may process it solely for the purpose of properly providing the services.

Storing cookies does not enable the Administrator to access the user's private device or read any data other than that stored in cookies.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. If the changes are not accepted, the user is required to delete their account or unsubscribe from the newsletter service.
