SERVICE REGULATIONS


Solarento – SOLARENTO Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Puławska 2, 02-566 Warsaw), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0001135785, share capital: PLN 50,000.00, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5214091876, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 540044315, being a party to the apartment lease agreement for recreational or tourist purposes concluded with the Client.

Client – a natural or legal person who is a party to an agreement for the temporary use of a residential premises (apartment lease agreement for recreational or tourist purposes) managed by Solarento.

Apartment – an apartment, room or holiday home with a residential function, described in the Solarento offer presented, among others, on the website https://booking.nanoapart.pl/, rented by the Client for recreational, tourist or short-term stay purposes.


§1. General provisions

These Regulations for the use of premises (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") constitute an integral part of the apartment rental agreement for recreational, tourist or short-term stay purposes concluded between the Client and Solarento.

Under the lease agreement, Solarento undertakes to prepare and make the Apartment available on the agreed date, and the Client undertakes to pay the agreed remuneration.

The Apartment reservation can be made for a minimum period of one (1) day, unless the offer for a given Apartment states otherwise.


§2. Apartment Reservation

Before making a reservation and concluding a rental agreement, the Client is required to read these Terms and Conditions. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the rules for using the Apartments, common areas of the building, and adjacent areas. A reservation may also require acceptance of additional terms and conditions specific to a specific Apartment, presented to the Client during the reservation process on the Website or another online platform.

Reservations can be made via the IT system, via the website https://booking.nanoapart.pl/ or by phone at the number provided on the website https://booking.nanoapart.pl/

The customer making the reservation declares that he or she has full legal capacity.

The current database of apartments with detailed descriptions is available at https://booking.nanoapart.pl/

The photos presented in this offer are for illustrative purposes only. Apartments managed by Solarento may show signs of wear and tear resulting from normal use, which do not affect their usable value.

Making a reservation via the website https://booking.nanoapart.pl/ requires a computer or other electronic device that meets the following technical requirements: a) Internet access, b) an installed web browser (it is recommended to use its current version, e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari), c) an active and properly configured e-mail account.


During the booking process, the Client selects an Apartment from those available for the selected date and makes the reservation by completing the reservation form available on the Website. The Client specifies the start and end dates of their stay by selecting the appropriate dates in the calendar provided by Solarento. The length of stay is calculated in days.

During the booking process, the Customer is obliged to provide the data necessary to make the booking, in particular name and surname, home address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, while declaring that the data provided is true and up-to-date.

After making a reservation online or by phone, the Customer will receive a form to the provided email address containing a link to the application with the reservation details.

Each Apartment is intended for the maximum number of people indicated in the Apartment offer or the booking form available in the "Smart Hotel" application.

The number of people staying in the Apartment is specified by the Client when making the reservation. This number cannot exceed the maximum number of people allowed for the given Apartment. Staying more than the declared number, but within the permitted limit, requires prior consultation with Solarento and may result in a price change or refusal of the reservation.

Apartments can be booked for a minimum of one night, which also constitutes the minimum rental period. Solarento reserves the right to set a longer minimum stay depending on the date of stay and the location of the apartment.

After making a reservation and before checking in, the client is required to complete and sign an electronic registration form in the provided app. A link to the app is sent via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Failure to complete the registration form will result in denied check-in.

When completing the registration form, the Client is required to pay the local or resort fee. Failure to pay will result in refusal of registration.

After entering the Apartment, the Client is obliged to confirm successful check-in in the provided application.

A reservation made by telephone or via the website booking.nanoapart.pl constitutes the conclusion of a rental agreement under the terms and conditions specified in these Regulations.


§3. Payment Terms

The price of the Apartment rental, together with additional costs, is each time specified in the booking confirmation sent after making the reservation or communicated by telephone.

For reservations where the stay begins more than 14 days from the date of booking, confirmation of the reservation will be made upon payment of a 50% deposit by the deadline specified in the reservation form. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the planned start of the stay.

In the case of reservations for which the stay begins less than 5 days from the date of booking, the condition for confirmation of the reservation is payment of 100% of the reservation value within the time specified in the form.

If the stay is cancelled less than 14 days before the planned start date of the stay, the Client is not entitled to a refund of the funds paid.


The Apartment rental price includes: a) a fee for preparing the Apartment, b) a fee for the agreed number of people. The price does not include insurance.

The customer can use discount codes offered by Solarento and its partners as well as stay vouchers.


The rental price does not include: a) additional cleaning during the stay, b) additional change of bed linen and towels, c) rental of a baby cot, d) stay of pets, e) parking fees, if not included in the offer, f) catering services, g) other additional services.


Payments can be made: a) by bank transfer to the account indicated by Solarento, b) via the Przelewy24 system, using BLIK, a payment card or an electronic transfer.

After payment, the system will issue an advance payment invoice based on the information provided by the customer. The final invoice will be issued on the day of check-out.


§4. Change and cancellation of reservation by the Customer

The customer may change their reservation up to 14 days before the planned arrival date by contacting the Reservations and Customer Service Department.

Changing the booking date may result in a change in the price of your stay.

If the date cannot be changed and the Client cancels the reservation later than 14 days before the start of the stay or does not show up at the Apartment, the Client is not entitled to a refund.

In the case of a reservation paid for with a voucher, the Customer is not entitled to free cancellation and the funds accumulated on the voucher are forfeited.


§5. Changes and cancellations of reservations by Solarento

Solarento may only change the reservation in the event of force majeure preventing the provision of the service.

In exceptional situations, such as a breakdown of the Apartment or other unexpected events, Solarento reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard and size.

Solarento reserves the right to cancel any reservation without giving any reason within 24 hours of making it. In such a case, all monies paid will be refunded.


§6. Conditions of stay

The conditions of the Client's stay are specified in the Apartment Stay Regulations.


§7. Contact details

The Customer may contact Solarento: a) by telephone through the Reservation and Customer Service Department, b) via chat available at https://booking.nanoapart.pl/ c) via the contact form, d) via the messenger available in the electronic registration card application.


§8. Withdrawal from the contract

In the case of purchasing accommodation services remotely or off-premises, the Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of its conclusion, subject to applicable legal provisions.

The sample withdrawal form is attached as Appendix 1.

If the provision of the service is to begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the Customer is obliged to submit an express request to begin the provision of the service.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, Solarento will refund the funds paid within 7 business days.


§9. Complaints

The customer has the right to submit complaints regarding the conditions of stay, the standard of services or other circumstances related to the provision of the service.

Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Solarento registered office address or electronically to reklamacje@solarento.com.

The complaint should include the reservation number and a description of the reservations.

Complaints are considered within 14 days of their receipt.


§10. Limitation of Liability

Solarento is not responsible for difficulties in accessing the reservation system resulting from reasons beyond Solarento's control.

Solarento is not responsible for items left in the Apartment, in particular for their loss or damage.

Solarento is not responsible for any inconvenience during your stay caused by circumstances beyond Solarento's control, including utility outages or work carried out in the building and its surroundings.

The customer is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Solarento is not responsible for any inability to contact resulting from providing incorrect information.


§11. Personal data

Solarento is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of the Website and its functionalities. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
